Buckley Chief Executive Officer In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Tom Buckley is responsible for establishing the company's strategic vision and growth, building a top-flight management team and developing strategic alliances with business partners. As a founder of the holding company, Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc., Tom has overseen the growth of one of New Jersey's fastest-growing companies. Since 1990, Redi-Direct has grown from eight employees to its current total of more than 500 professional support personnel. Before founding Redi-Direct, Tom had ten years of accounting, audit, operations and finance experience with a number of companies, including five years at KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Mitchell and Co.). Tom is a member of the Board of Directors for StayinFront and is chairman of the Board of Directors for Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc. Tom has taught courses at Montclair State University, from which he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Tony Bullen is responsible for technical strategy and research and development as well as strategy and operations in the Asia Pacific Region. In 1991, Tony founded The Great Elk Company, an early pioneer of CRM systems. Prior to founding The Great Elk, he was software development manager for Financial Systems, Ltd. He has also held various IT roles for Abbott Laboratories, Cap Gemini America, Unisys and the Ford Motor Company. Tony is a member of the StayinFront Board of Directors and is a frequent speaker at events and trade shows. Sam has served as Vice President of Client Services for StayinFront, where he held responsibility for all implementation and post-implementation support. Sam joined Financial Systems, Ltd. in 1993 as a programmer. In 1995 he became Manager of Implementation Services for The Great Elk Company, where he was instrumental in The Great Elk's efforts to gain a foothold in the US market. In 1997, Sam moved to the United States as Vice President of Client Services for WindSoft, Inc. Ken has been instrumental in helping StayinFront grow to become a global force in the CRM industry with offices in New Jersey, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand. Kerrie-Anne manages a team of more than 50 sales, marketing and technical professionals, delivering a range of CRM products and services to a diverse customer base, across industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Sports Management. Kerrie-Anne brings to this role more than 19 years of experience in the IT industry, including new business development, professional services, sales and marketing and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining StayinFront, she held several senior management positions with Symantec Corporation, including global and Asia Pacific responsibilities.
